While we are happy to suggest a suitable standard design from our many years of experience, we also have a design department which is daily drawing plans to meet the unique needs of our customers. In addition to the layout or floor design of the proposed project, our engineers have the technical knowledge to design a structure which is safe, functional, and meets or exceeds all applicable codes.

At KEMKO, the exterior appearance is as important as the structure. For that reason a KEMKO building is designed to be compatible with any type of conventional building exterior. In addition to economical metal wall panels, any combination of wood, brick, stone, glass or masonry can be specified to make your building as attractive as it is functional.
