KEMKO markets its buildings primarily through local general contractors. However, in addition to designing and fabricating, KEMKO can function as a general contractor. Rigid frame, column and beam, tapered beam, or whatever type of structural design is provided, a KEMKO construction team will be familiar with it and with the necessary accessories such as seams, panels and fasteners which are appropriate for the job.

And by the way . . . our design, fabricating, and construction departments talk to one another! That's right! When the component appears not to fit, the structure seems to pose a problem, or the accessories are inappropriate, the problem is solved almost immediately without involving the owner, thus avoiding long delays which may be costly.

KEMKO buildings are strong. In 1979 Hurricane Frederic hit the Gulf Coast with devastating effects upon most structures. After the storm, we were proud to note the fact that in several instances KEMKO metal buildings withstood the storm while surrounding construction was demolished.
